I have, a dozen times over! I started visiting Ithaca in 1983, and fell in love with the natural beauty of the area, the activities, and the homes.

My wife, a native New Yorker and I kept coming back, until we moved in 1989 ( from California).

I love Real Estate, homes, houses, renovating, investment property, rentals, everything about houses, old and new. I have built homes, and designed homes and worked as a contractor and property manager all my adult life. ( I still hold a Rhode Island Contractors license.) I love to travel, and have taken my family to many states and countries. We love to go all over, but love to come back to Ithaca. I currently live right in Ithaca, and own homes in Ithaca and Danby.
